What can I track with SubTap?
Any recurring payment you add manually: streaming, apps, cloud storage, memberships, software, and free trials. Add the amount, currency, billing cycle, and start date. SubTap calculates the next renewal for you.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. SubTap never connects to your bank or financial accounts. You add and manage your own subscription list.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with email, or use Sign in with Apple on iOS. Your account keeps your list in sync and lets you use the AI companion.
Can SubTap cancel a subscription for me?
SubTap offers guidance and, where available, links to the provider’s cancellation page. You complete the cancellation directly with the provider, then mark the subscription cancelled in SubTap. Marking it cancelled in the app does not stop the provider’s billing.
How does the AI companion use my data?
With your consent, your messages and relevant subscription information are sent through OpenRouter to OpenAI to answer your questions. SubTap does not store the conversation on its servers. AI needs an internet connection. Read our privacy policy.
Does SubTap work offline?
After signing in, you can view and manage your local subscription list without a connection. Sign-in, cloud sync, and AI require internet access.
